Requirements:

Male/ Female with maximum age 37 years old
Minimum Diploma or equivalent
Have experience at least 1 year in selling Property ( Apartment, Housing, commercial building / ruko )
Having good interpersonal skills, pleasant personality, analytical, hard working, creative, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines

Drafter Structural (Building) - Proyek Area: Cikarang, Karawang
Cikarang (Jawa Barat), Karawang (Jawa Barat)

Responsibilities:
For High Rise Building Project:

Develop efective shop drawing
Coordinate structural designs (some project also doing electrical and mechanical design) and determine a method of presentation in order to graphically represent building plans.
Creating List Acceptance Images Document, Master List of Images Document, and Image Distribution List
Develop as built drawing

Requirements:

For High Rise Building Project:

Having 2 years or more experiences doing concrete / structural design (High Rise Building project) - under international contractors is preferred.

Male is preferred
Good communication skill in English (both oral and writing)
Graduated from reputable university (architectural/civil engineering)
Computer skill (Auto CAD, MS Office, MS Power Point etc.
