Engineering Manager (BATAM)
Kepulauan Riau
Responsibilities:
The Engineering Manager, shall be responsible for the effective design effort and coordination of the CONTRACTOR's discipline engineering professionals, and shall ensure that all designs comply with the requirements of the Work; that all Work is efficiently and effectively executed in accordance with the criteria, specifications and standards herein listed; and that the designs comply with safe and reasonable standards as accepted within the oil and gas industry. The Engineering Manager shall also function as the Alternate to the Project Manager in the event of the Project Manager's absence during the engineering and procurement stages
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Engineering / Science degree in an engineering related field, an advanced degree in engineering or business is desirable
At least 15 years of facilities / project engineering experience, including at least 5 years of gas pipelines and associated facilities design or construction experience, of which the Engineering Manager shall have been in responsible charge of the design of at least 2 offshore EPCI project essentially similar in scope to that contemplated under the contract which cover project scope of work
Candidate should have experience as Lead Discipline Engineer and strong interdisciplinary technical knowledge
Candidate must have excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills and superior planning and organization skills.
International experience is desirable

The Project Manager shall manage the entire effort for execution of the work. The Project Manager's work includes the planning, coordinating, scheduling and cost control of the project including setting of the priorities and allocation of manpower to assure all required technical, engineering, cost and safety standards are fulfilled and project objectives achieved.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Engineering / Science degree in an engineering related field
At least 15 year(s) of facilities / project engineering experience including at least 8 years of gas pipelines and associated facilities construction, installation or fabrication experience and at least 7 years as a project manager
Candidate must have excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills and superior planning and organizational skills
