Drafter Structural (Building) - Proyek Area: Cikarang, Karawang
Cikarang (Jawa Barat), Karawang (Jawa Barat)
Responsibilities:
For High Rise Building Project:
Develop efective shop drawing
Coordinate structural designs (some project also doing electrical and mechanical design) and determine a method of presentation in order to graphically represent building plans.
Creating List Acceptance Images Document, Master List of Images Document, and Image Distribution List
Develop as built drawing
Requirements:
For High Rise Building Project:
Having 2 years or more experiences doing concrete / structural design (High Rise Building project) - under international contractors is preferred.
Male is preferred
Good communication skill in English (both oral and writing)
Graduated from reputable university (architectural/civil engineering)
Computer skill (Auto CAD, MS Office, MS Power Point etc.

Production Manager Job (Wire Manufacturing), Karawang, West Java, Indonesia

Monroe Consulting Group is currently recruiting on behalf of an international leader in the wire industry. Our client is seeking a production management professional with at least seven years’ experience in the role to fill the job of Production Manager, to be based in Karawang, West Java, Indonesia. The winning candidate will have oversight of all matters pertaining to production.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining and developing production process related to effectiveness and efficiency inline with company policy and mission, and also from quality and quantity perspectives
Implementation of company policy to achieve goals
Health, safety and the environment processes
ISO-9000 Quality Standard implementation
Development of Human Resources in respective department
Together with QC/R&D and PPIC, discuss product development according to company policy and goals
Working together with PPIC, QC/R&D and Engineering, create Production Schedules according to work productivity and company policy
Together with Engineering Manager, discuss and suggest production equipment adjustments, including calibration, new requirement and other adjustments
Requirements:
Technical degree or qualification, preferable engineering, electrical engineering or other related field
Seven years’ experience (min.) in manufacturing management
Fluent English
Computer Literacy
