Responsibilities

• To be commited and dedicate time, effort and attention to offering a food product which in quality and presentation reflect the vision and brand personality of the hotel.
• To assist Executive Chef in supervising and coordinating all business activities in Food Production.
• To cinsistently monitor Food cost and take pro-active action to enhance the profitability of the Food & Beverage department.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): kitchen professionals with fine dining establishments experience, strong in western and indonesian cuisine who has experience of leading a team, having the passion and posses leadership quality to run the show, Maintain the high service standard in every plate served.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.

Responsibilities

- Assist the senior waiter in the side station set up and according to his/her order.
- To attend the daily briefing.
- Responsible for the receiving, greeting and seating of guests.
- Remove dirty plates and dishes from the guest table.
- Responsible for taking guest order for food and beverage and serving them.
- Making KOT/BOT for food and beverage ordered by the guest.
- Bussing and crumbing of the guest table when required.
- Wiping of cutlery, glasses, plates for efficient serve and stock.
- Attentive to guest needs when ordered or required.
- Presenting the guest bill, when asked by the guest.
- Keeping proper stock of serve equipments in side station.
- Seeing off the guest and telling them to visit again in future or hope to see you again soon etc.

Requirements

- Usia maksimal 25 tahun

- Pendidikan minimal SMA / SMK / SMK Perhotelan / Pariwisata

- Berpengalaman di bidangnya minimal 1 tahun 

- Berpenampilan menarik dengan tinggi minimal 155 cm

- Komunikatif, jujur, motivasi kerja tinggi, dan ulet
