* Implement new product launches and strive to maintain growth on pillar products * Execute the local adaptation of advertising creative material; implement media recommendation * Propose and implement promotional and trade marketing plan for products. * Analyses market and consumer data and make recommendations to management. * Interact effectively with other departments (sales, logistics, training department and others) to support marketing objectives. * Manage budget and ensure sales forecast accuracy

Responsibilities
Responsible for
achieving targets by proper utilization of allocated resources and investments.
Also responsible for market development and penetration
- Focus on developing only make up products
- Handling General Trade / Modern Trade Independent
- Builds, develops, and strengthens distribution infrastructure
- Achieve distribution width by expanding to new geographies and depth in current towns/ markets
- Effectively collaborates with all functions for smooth functioning of business
- Provides feedback to Commercial Head Office and Marketing on competition on-field execution
- Builds and grow relationships with channel partners - distributors, wholesalers, key accounts, and cosmetic stores
- Coaches direct reports and distributor's Reps./BAs in the field
- Owns & drives all key sales initiatives originated by Head Office
- Ensures stock adequacy for monthly promotions and new launches by proper sales forecasting
- Plans Quarterly / monthly / weekly targets, and set targets for direct reports & distributors
- Ensure correct deployment of additional resources (Merchandiser, PG, BA) & remuneration as per Co. norms / budgets
- Ensures that all field sales team members & distributors completely comply with the company's sales system & processes ; and follow ethical business practices
Requirements
Minimum of
Bachelor Degree (S1)
Minimum 3 years of experience in the same role
Previous experience in FMCG, having personal care or make up experience will be advantage
