Responsibilities
- Managing, controlling and maintain estate activity : land clearing; processing and optimize productivity of palm and rubber to reach maximum target.
Requirements
- Male; Maximum 28 years old
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree of Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry or equivalent from reputable university
- Minimum IPK (Grade Point) : 2.75
- Fresh Graduated are welcome to apply
- Having 1 year experience is preferably advantage
- Having ability to work in a team, and is independent, honest, and objective in performing its duties
- Able to work independently, highly motivated person, creative, excellent interpersonal skills, accurate, team work and hard working
- Willing to be placed & relocated in any site (company residence will be provided)

Responsibilities:
- Initiate & conduct agency activities and other business initiatives in order to support distribution strategy, budget and plan, in line company business plan
- Execute the development and the implementation of AFI business objectives, and to support the achievement of regional AXA Indonesia objectives
- Manage agency channel as well as develop proper strategy for respective agents in order to ensure the achievement of sales objectives (NBI, VNB, persistency, productivity)
- Ensure development of agents & leaders and manage agency growth (number of agents and leaders) in order to achieve sales and business objectives
- Partnering with agents, execute General Agency Offices expansion smoothly to be in line with company business objectives
Requirements:
- Education background min. D3 for all the majors (preferably S1)
- Min. 2 years working experience in similar position (preferred from insurance industry)
- Strong competency on communication skill & presentation skill
- Sound knowledge of the life insurance business, products and processes
