Area Manager Youth & Community (Manado)  - PT XL Axiata Tbk

Responsibilities

-Perform acquisition programs of Youth & Community customers
-Perform retention programs of Youth  & Community customers
-Build a strong relationship and engagement with school/campus and Community in each cluster
-Implement community busines to business (B2B) sales approach while dealing with School/Campus and Head of Community.
-Develop strategy of sales, promotion & services in each cluster starting from planning, action and reporting, including bonding program implementation and monitoring.
-Evaluate dealer performance, cluster & school performance based on KPI
-Execute regular briefing with Representative Youth (RY) Dealer in order to have a good coordination and gathered all required information from market including competitors action
-Develop Representative Youth (RY) Dealer
-Discover a new potential area that has not been covered by XL Network and report it to YC Manager
-Perform budget control
-Provide market Insight info

Requirements

-University degree in any dicipline
-Having minimum of 3 years experience in Sales
-Advance skill of negotiation
-Teamwork
