Field Control Supervisor

Responsibilities

•   Coordination with TPEC and Client

•   SECL internal coordination with the related parties

•   Control of Construction execution plan

•   Control of Construction manpower/equipment mobilization status

•   Document Control (Correspondence, procedure, etc)

•   Control of period schedule meeting with TPEC & Client

•   Control of concerned schedule impact to related parties (written notice)

•    Periodic monitoring of E/P deliverables status

•   Control of EP delay items to the E/P concerned parties (notice)

•   Periodic schedule/progress report

•   Construction status report (Daily/Weekly/Monthly)

•   Attend at Weekly/Monthly Construction Progress Meeting with TPEC/Client and follow up any concerned items.

•    Review/Clarification/Control of Change Order/Claim (TPEC & Client)

•   Subcontracting Supporting

•   Final Construction Reporting

Construction Manager

Responsibilities

•    Be responsible for supervising I controlling I monitoring on all disciplines' site activity

•    Coordinate with TPEC's construction manager and TPEC's each discipline superintendent about all disciplines'activity and if required, provide site direction

•    Preside(??) Weekly/Monthly Construction Progress Meeting with TPEC/Client

•    Insure the Implementation of all site safety activities

•    Review and Develop a construction execution plan suitable for executing construction work activities with regard to
improving quality, safety, schedule and cost.

•    Review and Develop each discipline's construction plan, Manpower and Construction Equipment mobilization
plan

•    Control and Coordinate for the interference between discipline and/or parties

•    Coordinate for all field engineering activities

•    Coordinate for all field QC activities

•    Coordinate in expediting site delivery schedule of drawing, documents, materials and equipment

•    Review and Develop Catch up Plan against delayed work activities

•    Review and Develop regular site activities reporting for all construction activities and highlight critical action items

•    Review and Develop Weekly/Monthly Construction report & Final Construction Report

•    Evaluate actual construction progress against the plan

•    Assist pre-com/commissioning team in performing pre-com/commissioning and start-up, etc
