- D3/ S1 Keperawatan
- < 35 years old
- Minimum 1 year experience in clinical setting ( General Care and/ or Dental Care ).
- Certification in BTLS and/ or Hiperkes
- STR is a must
- Adept in Microsoft Office
- Willing to be located at remote sites
- SIM A and B would be a plus

Responsibilities
- To work closely with Superintendents in making up, reviewing and implementing the ships maintenance plan and ensure that costs are within budgeted levels .
- To ensure that each Technical Superintendent under his team are well aware of maritime related laws and regulations imposed by flag administration and class societies, as well as maker’s information on each kind of machinery for proper operations and maintenance.
- To help analyze and improve fleet vessels’ performance by studying new trends and developments worldwide and proposing to the management for the timely and cost effective dry docking plans, preparation and execution
- Carry out onboard safety inspections, accident investigations as required and chair safety weekly/monthly meetings.
- To monitor superintendents work performance and to coach and encourage them to implement safety, health and environmental concerns in accordance with domestic and international maritime laws.
- To have a clear grasp on the current conditions of all ships assigned and minimize any downtime arising from technical deficiencies on board the vessels
- To analyze risks factors on board assigned vesselsl and report to GM Shipmanagement
- Participate in any incident investigations, audits or safety committee meetings with follow up in closing out any given recommendations
Requirements
- Male
- Minimum Class I COC (Engine) or Degree in Naval Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of working experience
- Able to technically manage vessels in the fleet.
- Experience in Ship Management is preferable
- Able to work under pressure, highly self motivated & good initiative
- Maintain good relationships with both sea and shore based personnel, and clients.
- To perform any other responsibilities as assigned by his superior.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Be able to communicate in English both written and oral
- Good knowledge with ISM Code and its implementation
