Foundation Executive  - PT Branita Sandhini ( Monsanto Indonesia )

Responsibilities

Purpose of the Position:

• To meet targets of parent seed production in terms of quantity, quality of seed produced & the timelines of supply.
• To be responsible and giving strong analyze for survey and selection of seed production villages and contract seed producers.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee the land preparation that suitable for planting as per schedules.
• Monitoring the recommended agronomic practices in the seed production fields.
• Ensuring a strong control over weeds, diseases and insect pests, including infield genetic purity.
• To ensure recommended isolation distances for production plots in the field.
• To check and make sure for quantity and quality (purity and germination pass) of seed produced met with the requirements.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma or degree from the Agriculture Science.
• At least 1 year or more of working experiences to this role in the Agriculture Industry.
• “Can do” attitude, have strong in the leadership, result oriented and team player.
• Fluent in English (writing and reading) will be advantage.
