Responsibilities

Description: Human Resource Manager

Job Purpose: Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Human Resource Manager Job Duties:

• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
• Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys;
• Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims;
• Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
• Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.

Requirements

HR Manager - skills/essentials:

•  Female, max 35 years old.
•  S1 graduated preferable from Psychology major
•  Having good knowledge about HR administration, payroll, jamsostek, recruitment, and other HR activities.
•  At least 5 year of working experience in the same position
•  Positive attitude, energetic, responsible, fast learner, hard worker, multi-tasking, and able to work underpressure.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Able to take initiative and work independent or as a team
• Fluent in English, both oral and written. Mandarin is a plus point.
• Good computer skill

Responsibilities

1. Membuat laporan produksi (laporan bahan baku produksi, target produksi dan pencapain produksi).

2. Membuat laporan kebutuhan karyawan produksi.

3. Membuat jadwal harian dan mingguan produksi.

4. Melakukan maintenance mesin-mesin produksi (jika dibutuhkan). 

Requirements

1. Pria.

2. Usia 22-28 Tahun.

3. Pendidikan D3 / S1 (Jurusan Teknik Industri) min. IPK: 3.00 / 4.

4. Mampu mengoprasikan komputer (Ms. Office, Auto CAD 2D/3D).

5. Mengerti dan mamahami alur/proses kerja mesin produksi besi baja beton (menjadi nilai tambah).

6. Dapat bekerjasama dalam tim dan memiliki semangat kerja yang tinggi.
