Responsibilities

•   Support the client and company recruitment Process

•   Working with Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition and Deployment Team dept and identify the job responsibilities and requirements details on the assigned poistions

•    Do screening with internal Applicant Tracking System to source any open Executive Search positions.

•   Online Recruitment Sourcing and screening using any supporting SocMed.

•    Do Complete review, and create summary on candidate's personal and interpersonal skills and reference check before presenting to the client.

•   Create and implement strategic sucession planning, applicant mapping

•    Manage all candidate expectations and preparation with Hiring Managers.

•   Set document record and maintained succesful hiring process documents for audit activities

•   Work with entire team in delivering Service Excellent.

•   Identify, build, develop and maintain potential customer on daily basis

Requirements

•   Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.

•    Required language(s): English

•   At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

•    Strong knowledge with sourcing tools

•    Strong network with various industry

•   Able to work with minimum supervision

•   Customer Service oriented with result performer

•   Can start in short time

•   Wellgroomed with professional manner
