Responsibilities
• Broad Description of Functions :
o Lifting Gear Inspector shall perform the works with
full knowledge of safety

• AUTHORITY:

• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Performing lifting gear inspection and load testing,
measurements and its related decisions as per contract
requirements and specification standards
o Record results and advise customers
o Performing correction maintenance of inspection equipment

• KEY DUTIES:

Requirements
• Formal Education : Minimum Technical or Mechanical
High School.
• Male
• Age Maximum 45 years old and physically fit for
work.
• Posses ASNT certification in at least two or more
of Level II PT, MT, UT or ET experience.
• Preferably with MIGAS, CRANE and LEEA Certificates.
• Base in Balikpapan.
• Be prepared to travel extensively and work with
minimal supervision for extended periods.
• Prepared to work in remote areas for extended
periods on rotation fly in fly out basis.
• Knowledge /Skill :
o Minimum 2 years of related experience in Lifting
Gear Inspection and Load Test Services,
o Experience in performing containers, lift equipment and weld inspection for both onshore and offshore
locations.
