Responsibilities
This position is accountable to assist to the Head of
Finance to accomplish optimal taxation activities in line with government rule, company policy, business plan and strategies.
Specifically, he/she should be able to:

• Proactively provide necessary advice and recommendation to
management regarding thetreatment of taxation, as well as its implementation
based on the updated regulations.
• Manage and ensure the accuracy of witholding tax calculation
deducted from all disbursement, completeness of VAT invoices received from
vendor, calculation of employee tax, and corporate tax
• Manage and ensure all tax account reconciliation.
• Coordinate the preparation of monthly and yearly tax payment
and report; employee income tax Art.21, Withholding tax article 23/26/Final,
Income tax Article 22/25, VAT, and Corporate Tax.
• Coordinate the Tax Audit, objection, and appealing to the Tax
Court with regards to the un-satisfaction result of the ITO.
• Timely identification of tax related risks and/or opportunities
in line with updated tax regulation against business activities, plan, and
strategies.
• Establish and maintain relationships with all relevant tax
authorities
Requirements
• Minimum
College / University Graduates (Economic / Tax / Accounting / Business Administration) preferably with Tax Brevet certificate.
• Having
Minimum 5 years experiences in Tax/Accounting/Finance Brand Management
preferably from Fast Moving Consumer Goods Company
• Excellent
understanding and implementation of Indonesian Tax Regulation
• Strong
analytical skills, result oriented, and able to work independently
• Good
communication skills, managerial skill, and strategic thinking capability
• Excellent
command of English language, both verbal and written
