Responsibilities
• To support the Finance Manager in overseeing and managing
financial accounting function to ensure accurate and relevant financial and
management information is provided to management.
• To help strengthen the finance function within the
organization including support the proper process, control and help in planning
the future business growth and direction of the company.
• To oversee the general accounting function including
monthly/quarterly/annual reporting to local management (and/or to HQ)
• To support Senior Finance Manager in managing the audit to be
conducted by external as well as internal auditors.
• Scope: Responsible for the general accounting and financial
reporting functions of the LB Group Indonesia.
• Direct Report to: SENIOR FINANCE MANAGER
Requirements
• Minimum bachelor degree in Accountancy major from Reputable
University
• Minimum 5 years+ experience in senior accountant/supervisory
role from multinational companies
• Minimum 27 years old
• Strong accounting / AR systems and process knowledge
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills to
engender acceptance at all levels and gain credibility at an early stage.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to cope with deadlines,
working together with consultants to meet common objectives.
• Highly motivated, able to take initiative and exercise
independent judgment/diplomatic and sensitive to cultural differences.
• Ability to work under pressure and shows positive 'can-do' and
contributory attitude to complement the team.
• High integrity; ability to work to the highest personal I
professional standard.

ideas
• To modify, revise and edit projects as/when needed
• Manage design projects of diverse categories
• Highly innovative, organized, motivated and
possess strong drawing and computer design skills
• Possess meticulous attention to detail, ability to
remain calm under pressure, systematic and logical individual
• Both print and digital experience with commercial
design sense
• Fast paced environment requires strong ability to
multi-task
• Ability to emulate trends while maintaining
creativity
Requirements
• Senior Art Director (Design and artwork
production): At least 5 years of working experience in a related field
• Ability to take projects from concept stage
through to finished artwork is sometime necessary
• Have an eye for detail works
• Possess Team spirit and also able to work
independently
• Possess initiative, good interpersonal &
communication skills with ability to deal with people from different corporate
levels
