Sales Area Executive -
Kalimantan and East Indonesia - BigTV (PT. Indonesia Media Televisi)
Responsibilities
- Maintain a team and leading sales team.
- Guiding team in target selling in and selling out, by making a selling forecast.
- Dealing with other business relation (supermarket owner, fruit market owner, etc, which potential to be our New Open Outlet).
- Giving motivation to team, individually and teamwork.
- Keeping, storing, editing & updating team database, directed by Regional Manager or Area Manager
- Maintain retailer relationship in Area Sales
- Giving monthly report (all selling details in area; settlement business trip), to Regional Manager.
- Plan, control and coordinate to achieve sales target and developing markets efficiently.
Requirements
- Age 27 - 35 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required skill(s): market knowledge, sales goals, coach and training, building relation, negotiation, Presentation
- Available 6 position each for 1. Pontianak (West and Central Kalimantan) 2. Balikpapan (East and South Kalimantan) 3. Manado (North Sulawesi) 4. Makassar (South Sulawesi) 5. Ternate (North Maluku) 6. Ambon (Maluku and Papua)
- Work Placement in each Area

Sales Area Manager - North
Sulawesi and Maluku - BigTV (PT. Indonesia Media Televisi)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving new subcribers targets, top-up an productivity for all sales channels
- Responsible and coordinating with others related department to set-up the new office, train and develop a local sales team.
- Responsible for the total regional office operation included sales, managing of staff and autsources, stock in retaillers, communicate sales campaigns and others.
- Able to implement the sales plan for coverage and distribution up to District areas (availability).
- Ensures that all POS materials installed at the dealer shops and others sales point (visibility).
- Maintain existing Distributors, Dealers, Agency's and other partner as well as to propuse a new local partners.
- Controlling, evaluation and monitoring all regional sales operation activities such as opening. sales channels, budget, efficiency in sales calls, SMS implemented, installation and after sales service and other.
- Participate and contribute to the sales strategic planning and regional sales reporting.
Requirements
- Age 27 - 35 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- Required skill(s): leadership, selling, negotioation, communication & presentation, territory management, coach & train, building relationship, sales planning, sales result drivent, managing profitability.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Creative, build relationship easily, quick in action, fast learner
- Target oriented
- Will handle North Sulawesi and Maluku (including Manado, Gorontalo, Ambon, ternate, surrounding)
- Work Placement in Manado
