Warehouse Specialist

PT Mitra Solusi Telematika

Responsibilities

Maintaining accurate administrative records and reports, also arranging all of warehousing documents. Updating administration records and reports to SCM. Responsible for the warehouse security. Support to SCM for analysis and KPI reporting in each area of responsibility, provide recommendations and actions plans for continuous improvements. Making sure that all goods receipts and deliveries are carried out in time.

Requirements

•  Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer
Science/Information Technology, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.

•  Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia

•  At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

•  Proficient in the implementation ofWMS standard and has the ability to manage 3PL logistics company.

•  Detail, good planner and good communication.

•  Good command of English (oral & written) & MS. Office

•  Knowledge of the related SAP function

•  Hard worker, good integrity & discipline

•  Good self-motivation, strong analytical thinking and able to work as a team to strengthen the organization.

•  Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.

•  Full-Time and Contract position available.

•  Maintaining existing customer, prospecting and selling product & services.

•  Planning and writing proposals and leading on going project presentations to clients.

•   Meet or exceed all monthly and annual Sales and Billing goals as part of an annual plan.

Requirements

•  Bachelor degree, preferably with IT background

•  Min. 3 years experience in IT Sales/Account Manager/Account Officer

•   Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point)

•  Knowledge in Cisco or ISO-Base will be an advantage

•   Strong interpersonal verbal and written communications skill

•  Good self-motivation, discipline, hard worker and able to work as a team and smart

•   Good command of English language both orally and in writing
