Account Payable  - PT Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia
Responsibilities
  • perform day to day processing of account payable transaction to ensure that financial process are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner
  • Performs full support to the business & employees with related billing processing agreed terms and conditions, accuracy and integrity are in line with company regulations and policy.
  • Providing all relates Invoice register, controlling and ensuring that all process is running well and within agreed time line
  • Coordinate with other section (procurement, logistics, treasury) to complete billing process
Requirements
  • Minimum D3 Accounting
  • Experience min. 1 year will be preference
  • Experience using SAP system is preferable
  • Advance skill in Excel (familiar using formulas ie : Sumif, Pivot, Vlookup, etc)
  • Willing to be placed in Pondok Indah, South Jakarta

Travel Coordinator  - PT Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia
Responsibilities
A Travel Coordinator will be responsible for the completion of all administrative needs of travel program

Job Description
  • Create, maintain, and update hard copy trip files for all travel, including review and preparation for annual audit
  • Enter information provided by staff into the database and maintain travel database
  • Communicate with travelers regarding their travel needs as well as the travel needs of partners and consultants
  • Assist in processing visa forms and obtaining visas from foreign embassies, including
  • Send airline tickets to travelers (including sending packages via express mail services)
  • Coordinate with finance department to invoice travelers for personal travel costs, including
  • sending invoices to travelers and following up with finance staff
  • Review weekly Travel reports on airline tickets
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with CCAI’s Travel Policy and Procedures
  • Complete other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Diploma degree or equivalent combination of two-year college education and two years related experience
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, set priorities, and
  • Professional oral and written communication skills; must be able to interact and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization with tact and diplomacy, and with a
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills

Business Systems Lead  - PT Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia
Responsibilities
The Business Systems Lead is responsible for delivering quality business solutions, via IT project management methodology in the form of projects/tasks. He/she also acts as second level support for issues from the deployed solutions.

• Together with business partners identifying business requirements, gaps & risk, further designing and re-engineering the process using technology to improve cost effectiveness and significantly add value to the business
• Work together with business sponsor in managing project by establishing functional specification, giving application support and ensuring the project objectives to meet the agreed timeframe and budget
• Responsible for Standard Operating Procedure, Standard & Protocols and training materials which is in accordance with current business practices
• Assist the implementation of approved business application by providing solutions to every escalated problem from IT Application Support as the 3rd level applications support and establishing procedure or process to prevent problems from re-occurring.
• Perform applications version upgrade and testing
• Actively seek improvement of business applications by recognizing where efficiency of technology can add value
• Expressing ideas (plans or solutions) clearly and effectively through both oral and written communication to individuals and groups within CCAI or in the organization outside the line of formal authority (such as peers in other units or senior management)
• Lead, monitor and maintain IT project management
