•   Mencapai target penjualan setiap bulan.

•   Melakukan penjualan produk pembiayaan kendaraan roda 4.

•   Membina hubungan baik dengan Sales Counter, Supervisor & Sales Manager dealer mobil.

•   Melakukan Verifikasi data customer dengan baik.

•   Melakukan survey untuk setiap aplikasi kredit.

Requirements

•   Berpenampilan menarik,

•   Pendidikan minimal D3,

•   Usia maksimal 30 tahun.

Responsibilities:

• This position will be responsible to develop training activities that support company’s succession plan, both of soft and hard skills training. The incumbent also identifies training needs in consultation with line management, set targets and monitoring the progress of successful training program.

Requirements:

• Has strong experience in training design and develop moduls, preferably from retail industry, with strong focus on service and customer care with min. 3 years experiences as Training Manager.
